About Our Client
Our client is a leader in the fit-out and refurbishment sector and deliver projects generally ranging in value from $500k - $5m. As they continue to grow, they are looking to add a Senior Estimator to their Queensland business to play a pivotal role within their pre-contracts team.
Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Taking the lead on tender submissions
- Attending tender interviews
- Producing Bills of Quantities
- Mentoring the more juniors members of the Estimating department
The Successful Applicant
Selection criteria will include:
- Proven track record within the refurbishment and fit-out sector
- Strong relationship building skills with clients, sub-contractors
- Good understanding of the current sub-contractor market in SEQ
