Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil projects.

• Analyze project plans and specifications.

• Compile bid proposals and cost breakdowns.

• Perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings.

• Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Collaborate with engineers and architects on value engineering.

• Assess and mitigate project risks.

• Solicit bids from vendors and subcontractors.

• Utilize estimating software and tools.

• Generate accurate reports and documentation.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior estimators.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

What do you need?

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven track record of +7 years as a Civil Estimator.

• Experience with Infrastructure, Energy, Power, and Renewables projects

• Proficiency with Estimating software.
