What you'll do:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Payments Domain with project delivery. You will be entrusted with leading the achievement of our client's strategy by collaborating effectively with Risk, Product, and Operations stakeholders. Your ability to define and manage requirements throughout the delivery life-cycle will be crucial in meeting business needs. You will provide valuable recommendations for process re-designs and improvements, enabling changes to processes, policy, and controls. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and documenting risks associated with initiatives, ensuring they are raised and managed according to set risk frameworks.

Lead the achievement of the company's strategy by working with Risk, Product and Operations stakeholders
Define and manage requirements through the delivery life-cycle to meet business needs
Provide recommendations for process re-design and improvements
Identify and document Risks and Controls associated with initiatives
Detailed documentation of changes to processes (Holocentric/Visio), procedures, and initiative repositories (Confluence)
Ensure that risks (project and operations) are raised and managed in accordance with set risk frameworks
Lead regular status reporting as it relates to the project including progress and risks

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Business Analyst role brings a wealth of experience in business process improvement/re-engineering, system functional/non-functional analysis, and business case preparation. You possess a strong understanding of technology and business systems both strategically and operationally. Your ability to facilitate business solution workshops involving participants from senior management to business users sets you apart. Knowledge of project management disciplines is essential, along with strong requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and process mapping skills. A good understanding of JIRA/Confluence is also required.
