What you'll deliver with us

Our Business analysts enables an enterprise to articulate needs and the rationale for change, and to design and describe solutions that can deliver value.

Business analysis is performed on a variety of initiatives within an enterprise. Business analysis may be performed within the boundaries of a project or throughout enterprise evolution and continuous improvement. A key part of this role is to design and describe changes that deliver business value. You will also verify and validate requirements as a core responsibility of your role.

You'll also

  • Plan business analysis approach and estimate business analysis effort.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to update them on plans and adapt plans in response to evolving needs.
  • Build a shared understanding of business needs and potential solutions.
  • Manage the requirement lifecycle including structuring requirements repositories and trace requirement relationships.
  • Own requirement prioritisation, and manage requirement change &
    acceptance.
  • Identify relevant business context including capability, process, data and rules.
  • Examine the consequences of possible business changes and assess business risks.
  • Specify and model the goals of the business and the needs of stakeholders.

About you

You are an experience BA who has the ability to facilitate collaboration and negotiation between stakeholders. A key part of your role will be to evaluate solutions by assessing the performance of a solution to determine its value. You will also identify solution limitation and recommend solution improvements.

You'll also need

  • 5-8 years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Supervision of 1-4 other business analysts.
  • Proficiency with gap analysis, workshopping, data modelling, process mapping, traceability matric and user stories (including acceptance criteria).
  • Experience working in transport and logistic industry is advantageous.
  • Introducing change into large and complex enterprises.
  • Background working with transformation projects and teams.
  • IIBA &
    Agile certification arehighly regarded as is BABOK-aligned education.
