TGRC is proud to partner with a leading corporate advisory firm who specialise in M&
A and financial advisoryacross a diverse range of sectors including Renewable Energy and Infrastructure.
Due to their continued growth across Australia, they are looking for a Senior Associate to join their team to support on M&
A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis, including building complex financial models from scratch, valuation, and due diligence, to support M&
A transactions in the renewable energy, infrastructure, and industrials sectors.Collaborate with senior team members to execute transactions, including managing relationships with clients, buyers, and other stakeholders.
Assist in the negotiation and structuring of transactions, including reviewing legal documents and coordinating with external advisors.
Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients, participating in meetings, and contributing to marketing initiatives.
Your Profile
5-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or M&
A.Degreein Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field - Masters of CFA certification is a plus.
Experience building complex financial models from scratch.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Genuine interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, and industrials sectors, with a desire to develop deep industry expertise.
This role would suit someone with previous investment banking M&
A experience however they are open to other backgrounds if you have ground up financial modelling experience. They're a great business with an excellent team to learn from and give you access to some great mandates that are helping support the energy transition.
