About the role
The eCommerce Sales Support Partner provides essential support to the eCommerce and Sales Teams, focusing on managing customer relationships and enhancing team performance.
Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with eCommerce, Sales, and operational teams, identifying improvement initiatives, and promoting best practices in reporting and system management. They prepare monthly and quarterly sales data and manage customer escalations, keeping customers informed during service interruptions.
Additionally, the eCommerce Sales Support Partner offers hyper care support during the first three months of onboarding new customers, ensuring proper setup of invoicing, reporting, and trade profiles. Afterward, they provide ad-hoc support for customer reviews, reporting, and daily tasks in collaboration with the eCommerce Strategic Partnership Manager.
What you’ll do
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with the eCommerce and Sales Account Management Community.
Identify reporting needs of the Account Management team ensuring timely delivery of critical information.
Participate in Team and Sales meetings to stay informed and contribute insights.
Collaborate with Strategic Partnership Managers &
Sales Teams to engage customers in identifying and seizing improvement opportunities.
Establish and maintain precise and current business-wide contact lists within the CRM system.
Collaborate in the identification of share-of-wallet opportunities.
Recognise and address instances of revenue leakage, ensuring appropriate steps are taken with customers where necessary.
Analyse revenue trends, customer profiles, lane usage, and other statistical data.
Provide comprehensive customer support
Prepare and present service performance reports and analysis to the customer.

Qualifications &
Experience:
Prior experience in business development advantageous
Tenacious, resilient, and driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
Demonstrated customer focus and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to all level of stakeholders
Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
Strong attention to detail along with written and verbal communication skills
Team player who is willing to support others and willing to ask for support when needed
Willingness to take on new things, cross skill and take ownership
Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
Influencing skills to convince customers and internal teams to pursue, prioritise and implement improvement initiatives
Competent in the use of IT applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (ideal but not mandatory)
