the beautiful, leading the culture of fashion for bold and individualistic women. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Melbourne based Regional Manager who has a passion for people development, driving performance and the sass &
bide brand. To be successful in this role you must be motivated to create a results driven team environment full of excitement and passion. You will provide your team with training to further their individual growth and maximise store performance to deliver results. Reporting directly into the National Retail Manager, you will manage 11 stores and concessions across VIC &
SA. You will be based in VIC and be responsible for managing all aspects of the retail store operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting your team to achieve and exceed sales budgetsManaging the stores wagesChampioning processes to ensure inventory integrityIncreasing VIP engagement in each locationDelivering exceptional customer service standards by leading by exampleMentoring Store Managers and ensuring their ongoing professional developmentEnsuring VM standards and brand guidelines are adhered toProactively recruit for management positions and provide assistance to stores for casual recruitment.We are seeking the following attributes:
Previous multi-site experience (10 stores plus) ideally in fashion retailA qualification in retail management, business studies or similar (valued, but not necessary)Experience in managing budgets and expensesA current driver's licence, access to a car and willingness to work across multiple locationsInspirational leadership skills- your team enjoy working with you &
