We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join us in a part time capacity, with one of our well-known clients in the automotive industry.

Working closely with the lead Business Partner for this account you will be responsible for the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives;
partnering with the business to assist with attraction, development, and engagement of their employees, creating a seamless experience from application to appointment and beyond. You will front-face our recruitment solution partnering with key stakeholders and hiring managers to identify and present top talent to the business, and influence hiring decisions.

About you

You will be passionate about continuous improvement and your appetite for working on projects within areas such as process improvement, training, development and strategic sourcing will see you succeed in this unique role. You will be customer-centric, delivering a positive experience to candidates and clients alike, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

As well as this you will:

  • Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders, taking initiative and a strong consultative nature
  • Be resilient, be able to manage ambiguity and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Be a brand ambassador and deliver a superior candidate and client experience
