What you’ll do as a Transformation Project Manager:
As one of our trusted Transformation Project Managers, you will be responsible for managing projects that will help to continually develop, transform and grow our business. Contributing and collaborating with the broader transformation team, you will be an integral team member, further developing TGE's collective delivery capabilities.
Typical duties/day to day responsibilities will include (but not limited to), executing one or two major strategic initiatives using best practice approaches, whilst working closely with your key stakeholders to identify opportunities, accelerating delivery of value and improved performances.
Please note that the successful applicant will be required to work from our offices four days per week.
What are we looking for in a Transformation Project Manager? What’s important?
7+ years project management experience
Experience budgeting, costing and forecasting project performance
Qualification within engineering, supply chain, finance, legal and/or other relevant field
You have an analytical mindset, you're resilient and have a 'can do' attitude
Extra points for the following (but not essential):
Experience within consulting, freight &
logistics and/or supplychain
Exposure to eCommerce, S&
OP, post M&
A integration and/or RPA
Project Management certification
