  • This position may be based in either Sydney or Brisbane. The position location is flexible for the right candidate.

Role Overview:

Support the Executive and Leadership team members in the administration and coordination for organisational projects and business activities, inclusive of the establishment of services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Project planning and scheduling
  • Coordinate project teams
  • Maintain and organise project documents, reports, and presentations
  • Prepare project status reports, progress updates, and other documentation
  • Collaborate and facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders
  • Monitor and document project risks and issues
  • Provision of general administrative support to the Leadership and Executive Teams

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a project officer/manager role (or similar position)
  • Ability to partner with people from diverse backgrounds, government, non- government and community organisations
  • Well-developed people and customer service skills
  • Excellent administration, time management and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Proven record in working closely with and being a successful member of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Possess proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software programs
  • Must be eligible to apply/currently hold aBlue Card/WWCC
  • Must hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance
