About the role
This whole of business Program Director role will lead a significant technology transformation program addressing the organisation's internal business processes and provide a system based digital refresh across core business capabilities. The position is accountable for the strategic oversight, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of the delivery of the program, using fit for purpose delivery methodologies. The Program Director remits extends to developing and mobilising the program structure and team to ensure successful engagement of all stakeholders and delivery groups involved in delivering program outcomes. The role provides timely advice and reporting to the Program Control Board, Steering Committee, Executive Leadership Team and will include engaging with the board.
About you
Your background as a highly experienced Program Director in delivering enterprise-wide transformation of the systems used both in support/back-office functions as well as customer facing applications will be well utilised in this role. The learning you have gained from sizeable program delivery includes knowledge of best practice across change and project methodologies, Agile, Rapid Prototyping, SCRUM, Waterfall etc. This is the largest transformation this organisation has undertaken and will benefit from your wisdom, track record of success and well-honed stakeholder management skills.
Note This is Melbourne based role and required Australian Permanent residency.
