Job Description

This role will report to the CFO and will lead the business-wide transformation to enable the organisation's growth journey ahead. The Program Director will create and lead an ERP SAP multi-year enterprise-wide program that will result in exceptional business and systems outcomes that are critical for the business. This role will provide outstanding team and program leadership, direction, and guidance to project teams for planning, designing, building, and delivering a whole system update within budget and under strict timelines. This role will lead the ERP upgrade program through a complex delivery roadmap, managing significant financial risk and delivering within the allocated budget. You will lead a large team and greatly contribute to transforming business operations.
The Program Director will advise and provide recommendations to executive-level decision-makers regarding SAP standards and troubleshoot to ensure efficiencies through the upgrade.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a highly skilled leader with a track record and demonstrated experience leading large business-wide transformation, including leading the design and implementation of an SAP ERP business-wide update and transformation.
You will have a track record of inspiring and leading large teams to deliver projects and programmes of work in cross-functional ERP business transformation. You will bring simplicity, outcomes, and momentum to ensure projects are delivered, and you will be comfortable in the project's design phase. You will also troubleshoot as the implementation goes live and is executed over 2 + years.
Ideally, you will come from a large infrastructure or heavy operational business where you have led business change or transformation and overseen the delivery of large programmes of work, knowing how to ensure project execution to deliver business improvements.
You will be able to conceptualise, analyse, and problem-solve, allowing you to critically assess business performance. You will have exceptional practical and commercial nous to advise and consult the ELT and support the wider business to ensure that the programme is a success.
