Seasoned Program Director with experience turning around struggling programs. Seeking a dynamic leader to join on a 9-month contract (potential to go to 12 and permanent eventually for the right person), based in Melbourne. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in transformation, strategy, and delivery, reporting directly to the Transformation Director and regularly interfacing with the board, including the CEO and Chairperson.
The Program:
Transformation program aims to deliver $10 million in benefits by optimizing processes and business operating model. Looking for someone who can drive process improvement, business optimization, and ensure compliance across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and improve processes, optimize business operations, and ensure compliance.
- Manage seven streams of business, accelerating delivery and ensuring program success.
- Work closely with project owners and SMEs, focusing on directing rather than doing.
- Handle high-pressure situations with the board, providing regular updates and turnaround strategies.

- Ability to work independently and alongside various project owners and SMEs without getting bogged down in details.
