We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director Transformation to lead and oversee an extensive and comprehensive organisational transformation initiative.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader to deliver transformational and lasting change across the organisation.

About your new role

Reporting to the CEO, the Program Director Transformation will be responsible for driving change across the organisation, ensuring alignment with key priorities, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leadership &
Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop and articulate a clear plan and execution strategy for the organisational transformation.
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees, to ensure alignment and support for the transformation.
  • Facilitate regular communication and reporting on program progress, risks, and issues.
  • Act as a liaison between the transformation team and other business units.

Program &
Change Management:

  • Oversee and drive all aspects of program management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of program milestones and outcomes, within scope and within budget.
  • Implement robust governance frameworks and risk management processes.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct regular program reviews and assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide detailed reports and presentations to the executive leadership team.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan to support the transformation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to foster support and buy-in for the transformation initiatives.
  • Address resistance and mitigate risks associated with change.

Budget and Resource Management

  • Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Secure necessary resources, including people, technology, and external consultants (where applicable)


About you:

You are a collaborative and strategic leader with a deep understanding of change management, project management, and business process improvement. Your proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives in complex organisational environments demonstrates your ability to drive impactful and sustainable change. With strong leadership and team management skills, you excel at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. You thrive in high-pressure environments, adeptly managing multiple priorities and delivering large scale programs on time and within budget.

What we would love you to have:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Project and/or Change Management Certification
  • 10 years or more experience in a senior project management leadership role
  • Extensive knowledge of project management and change management methodologies and tools
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, project management, and leading extensive organisational change initiatives
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives in a complex organisational environment
  • Experience in change management, business process improvement, and stakeholder engagement
  • Have led successful and sustainable implementations of transformational and business programs
