Principal Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Follow established service quality standards and health and safety policies to ensure high-quality and safe services and workplaces.

• Manage stakeholder relationships by acting as the primary contact, leading workshops, and documenting business requirements.

• Advise on the analysis and design methodology for the statewide program to ensure a common understanding of the approach, deliverables, tools, and techniques.

• Lead the analysis of business requirements and system specifications to ensure alignment.

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, configuration and integration specifications, and traceability matrix.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience leading and managing business analysis for large, complex IM/ICT projects, preferably in healthcare.

• Proven experience in leading business process modeling and requirements definition for large, complex organizations, preferably with BPMN.

• In-depth knowledge of business analysis frameworks and ability to advise on techniques, methodologies, and tools, preferably aligned with BABOK 2.0.

• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication in complex program/project environments.
