Northern Beaches Hospital provides world-class services for both public and private patients. The hospital features 486 beds, 50-bed Emergency Department, 20-bed general and cardiothoracic ICU, 14 state-of-the-art theatres including cardiac catheter labs, world-class education centre.

The Role
As a key member of our Northern Beaches Hospital, People &
Culture (P&
C) team, you will be a trusted advisor and business partner to leaders and their teams.Supporting our high-performing and values-driven culture, you will help grow and optimise the employee experience for the 2000+ incredibly talented and passionate team members that support our community.If you are an energetic and passionate P&

Key responsibilities:
- People Experience :
Coach people-leaders to support a high-performance culture and maximise employee engagement. - Workforce Planning &
Design:
Lead projects and change initiatives that ensure that we set our teams up for success with the right skills, support and growth opportunities. - Workplace Relations :
Provide first-level ER advice and support to managers and their teams. - Talent Management :
Drive improved ways of working that ensure we continue to attract, develop and retain the best talent.
Criteria
- Experience of partnering with diverse stakeholders within a large business (preferably healthcare, but not essential).
- Highly organised with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- A skilled communicator and problem solver.
- Team focussed with a purpose to achieve high quality outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
