    As the People &
    Culture Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR related matters. You will partner with our Regional P&
    C Manager and stakeholders to implement HR strategies, policies and programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention. Your expertise as a generalist HR best practice and your ability to foster a positive work culture will be instrumental in driving our company's success. Your responsibilities include:
    Partnering with stakeholders to support and deliver business outcomes. Ensuring National/ Regional HR Strategies are implemented and are aligned to regional requirements. Connecting with Talent Acquisition teams to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce. Leading and/or supporting initiatives to promote employee engagement, professional development opportunities, performance management, talent development and organisational design. Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement practices. Role Located:

    Relevant qualifications in HR Management or related. Proven experience as an HR Generalist with knowledge in HR practices, enterprise agreements, awards and employment related legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives and actions. Experience using the SuccessFactors system would be highly regarded. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
