About The Role:

The Senior /National Director of Commercial Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping our future, supporting innovation, and enhancing our competitive position in the market. This role is responsible for providing operational leadership to the Australian Core Commercial Valuation Division to ensure the short and long-term growth and success of Opteon. This will be achieved by working with the General Manager - Australia n Valuation Operations, National Director - Specialist Real Estate, National Director Residential, and other business leaders to establish, implement and deliver the Business Unit's strategy. Y ou would have demonstrated a history of:

• Being an outcomes-based leader able to plan and execute strategic objectives with laser focus.

• Ensuring cross team collaboration aligned with our common vision and values.

• Achieving required budgeted revenue and organic % gross margin targets.

• Cultivating a culture of operational excellence to ensure optimal team composition and engagement, turnaround time, q uality and client performance.

• Product innovation, execution and delivery for both traditional and diversified revenue.

About you :

We are seeking someone with the following:

• 10 years' experience as a certified practicing valuer with API or RICS certification

• 5 years + experience in a key leadership/senior role with demonstrated ability to articulate end execute on strategy

• Post graduate qualification s in business, strategy, project management or related discipline (Desirable)
