Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to oversee our client account within our Integrated Facilities Management &
Asset Services division. This role will manage property and facilities management services across a diverse portfolio, including places of worship, commercial, retail, educational and residential properties.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for the client, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering strong partnerships.

  • Lead and mentor the account team, driving performance and operational excellence.

  • Manage budgets, financial obligations, and ensure compliance with agreements.

  • Oversee property operations to uphold high standards and tenant satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-selling of services.

  • Ensure adherence to legal and corporate requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in commercial property or facilities management.

  • Estate Agents qualification (Agent or Agents Rep - Vic)

  • Tertiary qualifications in property or related discipline preferred.

  • Strong leadership, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

  • Working with Children Check.
