Create impact as a Manager, Change Management joining the largest insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.

YOUR ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Change Management to join the Enterprise Risk &
Operations function within the Group Risk business unit in a 12 month fixed term role.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Capability &
Enablement this role will see you leading a small team to support the successful delivery of change initiatives and communications by Group Risk. As the Manager, Change Management you will partner with initiative leaders and SME's to design and deliver change interventions or enable them to self-serve using the change playbook.

Additionally, you will also manage and coordinate the delivery of related change communications to risk stakeholders within the Group.

This is a 12 month fixed term role based in Sydney, NSW.



ABOUT YOU

  • Significant project management, change and implementation experience
  • Working knowledge of general insurance business environment
  • Sound knowledge of core risk management practices
  • Experience providing education, training or communications
  • Ability to document complex concepts in a clear, concise manner
  • Mature and professional approach to engaging and negotiating with business stakeholders at all levels
