Our client is a successful business in the healthcare sector. This established, well funded organisation has plans to drive significant growth through acquisition and strategic investment.
About the role
A new role has been created for a talented and energetic lawyer with 4-6 years' PQE. Working closely with the General Counsel and other senior lawyers in the team, the successful candidate will work closely with the business on a diverse range of matters, including acting as the key legal manager for the business' property and asset management team.
The successful candidate will manage transactions related to the company's property portfolio, including leasing and sub-leasing. They will also work on a wide range of strategic transactions and have the opportunity for involvement on a wide range of matters including M&
A, IT implementation, employment, commercial contracts, litigation, insurance, marketing, competition, compliance, privacy, IP, risk and procurement.
About you
You will be a lawyer with 4-6 years' PQE, and at least 2-3 years' experience in property (particularly leasing) matters.
You will have an enthusiastic personality and proactive approach. You will be intellectually curious and willing to upskill in a variety of commercial matters and have the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
