About the company
Our client is a world leading supplier of products and services for renal disease and owns a global network of clinics and product distribution centres.
About the role
Working for both the ANZ products and clinics sides of the business, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing legal advice in relation to commercial, regulatory, compliance, operational and strategic matters.
- Contract negotiations and working with external advisers on IR and property related matters.
- Manage potential disputes (patient and employee claims).
- Support corporate governance, company secretarial, M&
A and data privacy matters. - Work as part of a cross functional team on projects and initiatives.
- Participate and collaborate with Asia Pacific and Global legal teams.
About you
The role will suit a commercial lawyer with 7-10 years' experience who is seeking variety in an interesting and rewarding in-house role. Any exposure to health law or privacy would be highly regarded. You will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and a can- do attitude.
