You will be joining a market leading asset management firm as a Legal Counsel with a strong background in banking and finance and funds management and based in Sydney.

About the Role
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, marketing collateral and assisting with policy reviews and training materials
- Working closely with the Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance and other functional heads
- Providing accurate and timely legal advice concerning the business's investment management activities, regulatory affairs, corporate transactions, litigation, investigations, corporate administration, business operations and governance matters
About You
You have:
- Relevant legal qualifications and current practising certificate
- Between 2-7PQE with experience within the funds management space or broader banking and finance legal experience
