Legal Counsel - Banking And Finance

You will be joining a global alternative investment management firm as a Legal Counsel in either Sydney or Melbourne within a growing and dynamic legal team.

About the role

Responsibilities include;

• Providing legal advice in relation to transactions including in relation to deal structure, reviewing documents, instructing, and liaising with external solicitors as necessary
• Drafting and implementing legal policies, procedures, and training materials

About you

• Minimum 3PQE within financial services or in a law firm
• Understanding of legislation, procedures and documentation
• Strong background in funds management and/or general banking and finance law
