We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Business Partner who will support the development and delivery of organisational development, capability enhancement and change management programs &
initiatives through thedevelopment, deployment, and administration of the E3Learning Platform.
Based in Derrimut, this role embraces a hybrid working model
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and support Bulla's activities surrounding Learning and Development strategy, in particular training frameworks, tools and curating the E3Learning platform to support operational performance and leadership development.
- Coordination of workshops, attendance reporting, facilitation of key workshops and offering post-program support to participants and managers.
- Manage the design, development, and delivery of eLearning &
Development products. - Coordinate and report Learning &
Development activities,including activity on the E3 platform. - Coordinate and support the annual Aurion performance appraisal system and process.
- Coordinate and support the alignment &
engagement survey (every two years) planning, and coordination of reports
You will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline, or equivalent workplace experience and exposure
- Minimum five (5) years HR experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in the creation &
deployment of eLearningprograms and some face-to-face experience. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build credible relationships and influence at all levels of the business
- Ability to investigate, learn and problem-solve in a structured framework, or is prepared to learn
