The Role We currently have a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity to join our Brand and Marketing team as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

Partnering closely with your key stakeholders and the broader business, you will plan, develop, and execute marketing and communication plans for MLC Life Insurance customers.

You will lead marketing initiatives to support the business priorities of growth, engagement, and retention using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver clever, efficient, and engaging automated campaigns and ad-hoc communications.

About you

A true marketing professional, your confident and collaborative approach has seen you take responsibility and drive results. You have experience deploying and analysing successful response-driving marketing campaigns with a focus on digital execution.

You are a passionate customer advocate skilled at communicating the value and benefits of complex financial products in a simple engaging way.

You are comfortable interpreting and reporting on data, providing meaningful insights that will turn into actionable results. Attention to detail is a must for this role.

You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for opportunities. Experience within a fast-paced environment is highly sought after but most of all, you are enthusiastic and ready to embrace the spirit of change, initiative and innovation!
