The Role

As Head of Health Programs you will be responsible for overseeing the Health Programs team (including Medicines Information) and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Health Programs to achieve the forecasted budget. You will be responsible for leading a team of 4 people working with large Australian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers to deliver direct to patient or in-Pharmacy programs that improve the medication management of their prescriptions.

As a Head of Health Programs, you will:

• Lead the Health Programs encompassing sales, account management and client experience
• Work directly with key leaders in Australian Pharmaceutical companies to deliver MedAdvisor Solutions value proposition
• Be responsible for monthly budgeting and forecasting
• Develop &
  Execute strategies as part of sales and marketing leadership team
• Provide monthly updates on sales results vs budget/forecast
• Ensure clients are kept up to date with programs with monthly reporting
• Work cross-functionally to deliver customer-focussed solutions to maximise revenue opportunities whilst enhancing the value of Health Programs.

Skills &
Experience

We are looking for someone with outstanding leadership &
people management skills and a demonstrated background in Sales &
Account Management.

You will also have:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related Life Sciences or Business field preferred
• Extensive experience and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• 2-3 years in a quota-carrying management role
• Experience in creating and implementing processes or in project management
• Demonstrated experience in communicating, presenting and influencing credibly and effectively at all levels, including executive level
