We are currently seeking an experienced HR Test Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR testing, including test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR testing or a related role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Experience with HR testing tools and platforms
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to create test strategies and plans based on business requirements
- Experience with test automation and performance testing
- Good understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing a team of testers
