I-MED Radiology Network is Australia's largest and a Global leader of diagnostic imaging, with circa 5,000 employees, located in more than 240 clinics across metropolitan, regional and rural communities throughout Australia.

We offer medical imaging and radiology services including x-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography and interventional procedures and each year across the network we perform more than 5 million patient procedures.

Reporting to our Group CFO, we are seeking a Head of Tax to join our highly regarded leadership team.

Backed by a global PE firm, our growing local and now global reach continues and impressive Australian story through both organic and acquisitive channels.

As the Head of Tax, you will ensure that the taxation affairs of the Group are effectively managed in compliance with laws and regulations across our group operations that currently includes Australia, New Zealand and the UK as well as provide advisory or oversight to our joint ventures and affiliates as required.

Leading a small team of highly specialised and well-respected individuals, you will work closely with the CFO, Head of Financial Control and the business to deliver, advise and oversee all aspects tax for the Group, as well as providing regular tax updates to the Audit &
Risk Committee and working closely with our external partners including our shareholders, Joint Venture partners, financial auditors, external professional advisors, and regulators such as the ATO and Office of State Revenue.

You will have a solid grounding in tax/ finance (CA, CPA, MBA etc), ideally having operated within a large, multi-site or complex high cap-ex environment and have a track record of being technically strong as well as understanding business drivers.

You are driven, energetic and confident presenting to the Group CFO and Executive as well as spending time on site with operations.
