Job Description

The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for:

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements for 15+ entities
• Coordinate year end audit
• Tax and compliance
• Review reconciliations
• Manage transactional team
• Prepare work papers
• Assist with transformation work including planning around a system implementation and migration
• Half and Full year statutory accounts
• Manage and facilitate consolidated tax returns
• Manage month end processes
• Other ad hoc duties and analysis

The Successful Applicant

• CA/CPA Qualified
• Ideally a big-4 or mid-tier audit/business services background
• Experience producing or auditing complex consolidated statements
• Experience in a similar role
• Available at short notice
• Experience leading a team
