Pacific Pines SHS is seeking a dynamic educational leader to join our team as Head of School.
About the Role
As the Head of School, key responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes student wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with the principal and business manager to deliver effective day to day management of a large secondary school.
  • Lead dynamic Deputy Principal and Head of Department teams, with year level and whole school responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to empower leaders to deliver on the strategic plan.
  • Create a genuinely shared vision.
  • Manage the complexity of 3 phases and their faculties, within a large secondary setting.
