Never Never has joined the Asahi Beverages family, marking an exciting new partnership! We are now in search of a passionate and highly spirited Head of Sales to join and propel the Never Never brand to new heights.

In this fast-paced role, you will lead the pivotal sales function driving Never Never towards our ambitious growth goals. This will include national major and independent retail, and on-premise including key groups. You will lead the sales team and help ensure that Brand Ambassadors and brand activities drive our sales outcomes. You'll manage key relationships and ways of working with the Asahi/CUB sales leadership and teams around the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive collaboration &
    alignment between our businesses
  • Embed high performance standards and a culture of shared learning across the team and wider business
  • Accountability for development execution of the retailer strategies including optimisation of promotions, managing relationships with channel promotional teams and supporting delivery of the joint goals for CUB, Coles/EDG and independents
  • Achieve agreed brand and commercial targets in line with the national account strategy and individual goals and objectives
  • Negotiate and tailor trading terms including price and activation and performance-based criteria

About You

Looking for an individual that is truly passionate about the liquor industry, places a high value on stakeholder relationships and can design, implement and manage a sales plan.

  • A career built in FMCG with experience in liquor sales management
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to exceed sales targets using a structured data-driven, planned approach
  • Proven project management experience and the ability to deliver quality execution on time and within budget
  • Experience in negotiating and closing commercial contracts
