What will your role be?

As the Head of Revenue Growth Management you develop and execute the sub-channel success models on pack, price, place, assortment and promo and are responsible for building medium and long term plans to achieve market share ambitions, drive net revenue maximisation and profitable growth for Diageo and its trade partners. As a key leader in our Cross Functional Leadership Team in Australia, this role offers you the opportunity to hone your strategic and analytical skills while acting as an influential change agent to drive significant commercial performance.

What does this role look like for you?

  • Strategise for Success:
    Develop and implement innovative revenue growth strategies that align with our market ambitions. Lead portfolio pricing strategy, promotions, trade investment, pack architecture and assortment strategies that deliver growth.
  • Lead with Insight:
    Build robust pricing and promotional strategies focused on price and excise realization, profit optimization, and trade architecture. Analyze shopper behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform your strategies.
  • Win through execution:
    support commercial teams to sell externally through category and commercial strategy, pricing sign off and input into joint business plan areas of prioritisation for strategic customers
  • Inspire and Innovate:
    Lead Commercial Planning and put RGM thinking at the heart of Marketing Business Plans within the Integrated Business Planning process. Serve as a thought leader to the Executive team, and a catalyst for change across the organisation by driving innovative thinking and best practice across the cross-functional and RGM teams.
  • Mentor Future Leaders:
    Lead and inspire a team of dedicated RGM specialists, fostering their development into highly capable future leaders within Diageo.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Expertise:
    Holistic skills across all RGM pillars with a track record of leading transformational business results in the FMCG/CPG or Liquor industries.
  • Agility &
    Influence:
    Able to excel when dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial matrix environment
  • Customer Experience:
    Ability to create compelling selling stories for sales teams to effectively execute your strategies. Previous customer-facing experience is highly desirable.
  • Passion for Talent:
    A strong commitment to investing in talent, both within your team and cross-functionally, to enhance RGM capabilities company-wide.
