Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Product to join our executive team. The He a d of Product will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of products that exceed our customers' expectations.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll leverage your product management expertise to craft a winning roadmap, while your infectious leadership skills will inspire and empower a world-class product team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision and Roadmap

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals.
• Define and prioritise the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

Hands-On Product Management

• Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, up-to-date, and prioritised based on business and customer needs.
• Scope projects effectively, breaking down requirements into actionable tasks and ensuring clear specifications for the development team.
• Assign tasks to team members, balancing workloads and ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
• Oversee the release management process, coordinating with engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Continuously monitor product performance and iterate on features to improve user experience and meet business goals.

Product Development and Innovation

• Lead the product management efforts in the development, launch, and iteration of innovative products.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, customer success and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders across the organisation.
• Drive alignment and engagement across all teams to achieve product and company goals.

Customer Focus and Market Insights

• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
• Ensure products are designed with a user-centric approach, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyse product performance and user data to inform future product development and enhancements.

Qualifications

You are a drivenandpro-active person who has an interest in property, construction and a love of software. You are also passionate about a career that focuses on people, and youthrive off the satisfaction gained from helping clients and your team achieve their goals.
Preferred requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
  
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Experience working in construction or related industries is highly desirable.
