Head of Primary

Full Time, ongoing position.

Commencing:
Term 3, Monday, 15 th July 2024

We are currently seeking applications for the Head of Primary position. The successful candidate will join the college leadership team commencing Term 3, 2024. Kerang Christian College is a Prep to Year 12 school based in northern Victoria.

Experience in leadership would be an advantage, however, this role would also suit someone wanting to step into a leadership role for the first time.

Essential attributes for the position:

• A strong commitment to Christian Education
• Model and uphold the values and ethos of Christian education.

• A demonstrated ability to lead in a Christian school context.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet prescribed deadlines, and concurrently manage a number of competing tasks.
