Our mission

PaidRight's technology helps organisations make sure they pay their staff in line with their modern award or enterprise agreement. This seemingly simple task is actually incredibly complex and stories of big brands getting it wrong have hit the news in recent years. Ultimately, PaidRight's mission is to make sure every worker in Australia is paid right!

Our journey

PaidRight was initially formed via a joint venture between PwC and CSIRO, then in 2020 we became our own independent venture. In terms of our go-to-market effort, we'd definitely call ourselves a startup. Based in Sydney, the PaidRight team is now over 30 people, and our customers include some of the largest employers in Australia.

Requirements

Our growth to date has come through our team's deep industry connections and referrals from our happy customer base. Only now are we investing in sales and marketing to supercharge our growth. Central to this growth is our Marketing Manager. We're looking for an all-rounder who can both build and execute our marketing growth strategy. You'll take charge of a small team who've been with the business for years and can provide the domain expertise. You'll bring the experience and vision, having built the marketing strategy for a similarly staged B2B SaaS start up. We're interested to speak with candidates who have:

  • experience building a marketing strategy for an early stage B2B SaaS start up
  • a willingness to roll up their sleeves and 'execute', as well as build the strategy
  • a broad skill set covering content marketing, product marketing, events, brand-building and digital marketing
