Job Description:
Our client IS currently seeking a NSW Head of Development &
Projects to join the Industrial and logistics division.
As the NSW Head, you will lead large infrastructure interfaced projects with a commercial &
industrial delivery focus on built-form aspects.
This group is expert in technical delivery and lead projects that are "
Best-in-class"
in their field.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution and delivery of largescale industrial and logistics projects in New South Wales and the wider Australian geography;
- Manage projectbudgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
- Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure technical delivery is at the forefront of all projects;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government authorities, tenants, and investors;
- Help drive theteam and mentor in terms of high performance technical aspects;
- Grow a leadingteam and pipeline for the business, initially focused on the east coast
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, innovations, and best practices to ensure our projects remain competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- At least 15+ years of experience in project management, development and planning with a focus on industrial and logistics projects.
- Proven track record of delivering largescale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent knowledge of project management principles and practices, including risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Experience in dealing with government authorities, tenants, and investors is essential.
