They are currently looking for a talented Head of Finance &
Operations to assist with the further growth of the organisation.


The Role
This Head of Finance &
Operations position is a key role in the leadership team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, your duties will include:

  • Management of the finance function including being handson with management reporting, budgeting &
    forecasting, statutory reporting &
    audit
  • Prepare &
    present Board reports
  • Management of the property, procurement and IT functions
  • Be a key part of the leadership team contributing to strategy and growth plans
  • Management of staff across finance and operations
  • Initiate, develop and deliver process improvement initiatives across the organisation


Your Background
To be considered for this Head of Finance &
Operations position, you will have the following skills at attributes:

  • CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience managing finance
  • Great track record of process improvement projects
  • Aged Care experience or a related industry (i.E. healthcare or similar NFP provider)
  • Team management experience
  • A positive attitude and collaborative working style
