They are currently looking for a talented Head of Finance &
Operations to assist with the further growth of the organisation.
The Role
This Head of Finance &
Operations position is a key role in the leadership team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, your duties will include:
- Management of the finance function including being handson with management reporting, budgeting &
forecasting, statutory reporting &
audit - Prepare &
present Board reports - Management of the property, procurement and IT functions
- Be a key part of the leadership team contributing to strategy and growth plans
- Management of staff across finance and operations
- Initiate, develop and deliver process improvement initiatives across the organisation
Your Background
To be considered for this Head of Finance &
Operations position, you will have the following skills at attributes:
- CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong experience managing finance
- Great track record of process improvement projects
- Aged Care experience or a related industry (i.E. healthcare or similar NFP provider)
- Team management experience
- A positive attitude and collaborative working style
