The Opportunity
As the Head of Finance and Property, you will provide strategic financial and commercial leadership across various critical functions, including:

• Property Financial Management:
  Develop and maintain systems for property accounting, participate in leasing discussions, and manage property-related financial software to support overall business goals.
• Strategic Planning:
  Develop business cases for new projects, pursue grant opportunities, and establish partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Risk Management:
  Support enterprise risk management activities, including audit functions and company secretarial duties.
• Financial Leadership:
  Direct and oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory bodies and manage finance personnel effectively.
• Governance and Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and legal requirements, providing support and guidance to meet all statutory obligations.
• Performance Analytics:
  Implement and manage business intelligence tools to enhance decision-making. Lead the reporting of business performance and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• IT Oversight:
  Supervise IT infrastructure, ensuring it supports the organisations financial and business objectives efficiently.
