What we need:
️ 8-10 years of experience in Performance marketing
️ Strong Paid Media background, a subject matter expert in Paid Search, Social, and organic!
️ Experience building high performing teams
️ Experienced scaling and optimizing paid channels
️ Strong background having worked for a leading digital agency/technology/property
️ Understand how to present strong performance marketing strategies to C-suite
️ Have scaled digital teams, and built specialist divisions
️ Know how to build best in class digital strategies
