OVERVIEW

Our Sales Team works with leading agency partners to deliver innovative technology solutions and serve to advocate and educate the market to help accelerate the adoption of Captify solutions with global leading brands.

As our Head of Sales, you will be leading a team of high performing sellers &
setting the strategic sales strategy to develop innovative &
commercially viable partnerships with key global agencies in the market.

ABOUT YOU

A natural leader with a passion for media sales. This role would suit a driven team player with ability to lead a team, grow accounts and maintain relationships with the regions media landscape by living and breathing the Captify values for Capitfy Manchester

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll be doing:

  • Build &
    foster long-term relationships with senior decisions makers, managing the end-to-end customer relationships for their revenue, tech &
    data needs.
  • Excellent understanding of agency dynamics, how they operate and how/what campaign buying and planning entails
  • Must have extensive contacts at top agencies specifically across heads of investment, programmatic &
    planning.
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline and accurately forecast revenue from a large sales team
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Drive thought leadership/ strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.G. Custom Success, Creative, Trading, Marketing, Executive team to ensure consistency &
    best in market servicing &
    innovation
  • Proven track record in selling both programmatic &
    managed service solutions
  • You will play a leadership role within the Captify senior management team constantly feeding back market intelligence &
    trends through your network of contacts
  • Responsible for setting Sales team targets, managing budgets &
    working closely with Sales Leads to provide best opportunities for team over achievement
  • Responsible for securing &
    managing commercial deals with agency partners
  • On point with industry trends and opportunities to ensure Captify sales team are better suited than key competitors to overachieve
  • Be commercial point for internal and external escalation
  • Directly managing x Sellers, ensuring clear progression plans &
    ensure their teams havethe opportunity to over achieve

REQUIREMENTS:

What you need to be successful:

  • An adtech leader, experienced applying commercial pressure/leverage to agencies at the account and portfolio level, setting a day to day attack plan nationally based on AU goals, as well as getting Captify from A>
    B on channel revenue mix, product revenue, agency revenue mix goals:
    • 40%:
      MSAs/3+ month commits, key account engagements
    • 30%:
      DaaS/ Channel partnership revenue pots, new revenue streams, industry thought leadership
    • 30%:
      performance coaching, mentoring, career development
  • Demonstrate strong adtech leadership experience in managing high performing teams
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams
  • Highly motivated individual with track record of outperforming revenue targets
  • Highly experienced in digital advertising, enterprise solutions, online media buying and selling processes, and advertising technologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Extremely confident in forecasting &
    budgeting
  • Ability to work well under pressure whilst steering multiple workstreams
  • A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed

    clients that you are a highly trustworthy &
    experienced commercial leader.
