Job Description

The successful candidate will:

• Manage group financial, statutory, and taxation obligations
• Oversee existing finance systems, ensuring effectiveness of processes and controls
• Lead the design, implementation, and review of new finance processes and systems
• Support corporate teams, commercial finance team, and divisional accounting teams
• Prepare annual budgets for the corporate function

The Successful Applicant

The Group Head of Financial Control appointed, will ideally have:

• CA/CPA qualified, ideally with a background in a Big 4 / Top tier audit firm
• Proven track record in technical leadership and financial control
• Hands on group consolidation experience
• Ability to engage with executives and shareholders, working autonomously
• Experience in financial reporting and taxation
• Strong capability in creating and implementing new processes
• Ability to adapt to business changes in a growing company
• Maintain and enhance control environment across finance processes and procedures
