Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager Business Development and Growth to lead our strategic initiatives in expanding TJW's services, across Supported Independent Living, Day Programs, and Allied Health. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy and establishing partnerships and expanding our community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Government and non-Government organisations to build a pipeline of participant referrals.
- Create and implement strategic business plans to meet growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand TJW's reach.
- Manage the identification and leasing of new properties, ensuring successful participant occupancy.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience in business development within the healthcare or disability services sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS framework and understanding of complex care needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Strong networking abilities and a track record of building successful business relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Current NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain prior to employment).
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to employment).
