The Role
A great career opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer with 2-3 years of experience to join the Financial Services team in the Sydney office. In this role you will be working with a busy, fast-paced team advising clients that are APRA regulated superannuation trustees, responsible entities, wealth advisers and other financial services providers. You will predominantly work on advisory and transaction matters and will be exposed to financial services dispute resolution.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about building a career in Financial Services, particularly in the areas of superannuation, funds management, wealth advice or taxation. Preferably, you will have 1 - 3 years of experience within a commercial law environment with a financial services background, however applicants with less experience but a keen interest to develop their speciality in Financial Services law are encouraged to apply.
You will enjoy a passion for corporate law as well offering excellent client service. Ideally you will have and have a strong academic history from university. The successful candidate will be ambitious, solution focused, hardworking, and willing to take on responsibility. There will also be an opportunity to mentor team members.
