Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to formulate clear financial plans, executing month-end accounting and reporting processes, and providing insightful analysis. The Role:
As the Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our client's organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with various teams to formulate clear financial plans - including budgeting/forecasting. You will be at the forefront of executing month-end accounting and reporting processes while ensuring accurate reconciliation. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to provide insightful reporting and analysis and your proactive nature will drive you to consistently monitor financial performance throughout the month, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Execute month-end accounting and reporting processes, update and oversee key operational drivers
- Monitor financial performance throughout the month, proactively identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth
- Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to Senior Management
- Collaborate with team leaders and departments to ensure financial alignment with overall organisational objectives
- Provide guidance on appropriate accounting treatments for expenses, capital expenditures and revenue
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal Finance Business Partner will bring a wealth of experience from previous roles. You should hold a Bachelor's degree or similar in Accounting, Finance, commerce, or related discipline and being CA / CPA qualified is essential for this role. Your high level of computer literacy, particularly in the use of Microsoft Excel, Power BI &
Power Query, will be crucial for this role.
- Five or more year's experience in a similar role with a Bachelor's degree or similar in Accounting, Finance, commerce, or related discipline. CA / CPA qualified
- High level computer literacy in the use of Microsoft Excel, Power BI &
Power Query - Ability to meet deadlines whilst managing competing priorities
- Experience with Tier One software
