Field Services Technician | Waste Management Org | 6-Month Contract With Possibility of Extension

Multinational company with activities in three main service and utility areas traditionally managed by public authorities - water management waste management and energy service
Your new role
Providing technical assistance to end-users.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Resolving network connectivity problems.
Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of onboard devices in trucks (e.G., GPS, telematics, sensors).
Collaborating with truck drivers and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Fixing android devices
Conducting on-site visits to customer locations.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to water treatment equipment.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in IT or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.G., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified:
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are advantageous.
Experience in field services engineering, IT support
Experience in VOIP, Android devices, networking advantageous
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
