Gallup is looking for a hands-on, highly energetic and professional team player who can support and orchestrate the administrative functions for a team of Gallup leaders.
As an executive personal assistant, you will anticipate needs, skillfully manage and arrange complex schedules and calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate travel logistics, handle expense reports, update presentations and documents, compile reports, track details, and assist with special projects as needed.
Your strong communication skills, follow through on requests, ability to anticipate needs, and impeccable service to internal and external clients will foster ideal collaboration at Gallup.

What you need:
Two or more years of administrative experience required
Expertise and proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Availability to work three days a week in Gallup’s Sydney office required
Eligibility to work in Australia required;
this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
