An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Director to join a leading public sector organisation. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of corporate services within the justice portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an effective and sustainable operating model that meets statutory obligations and enables reform and business improvement.
What you'll do:
As an Executive Director, Corporate Services Review, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of corporate services within our organisation. You will review existing service delivery models, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your strategic vision will guide the development of an operating model that meets statutory obligations while enabling reform and business improvement. You will also foster a culture of respect and inclusivity, ensuring our services consider diversity at all levels.
- Review the performance, service delivery and coordination of a range of Corporate Services business areas
- Develop innovative solutions to improve the delivery of corporate services
- Direct and lead the implementation of complex reforms
- Analyse current state of corporate services, liaising with stakeholders to understand expectations and develop options for future state
- Provide advice on a sustainable operating model for corporate services
- Promote a culture of respect and inclusivity across the organisation
