Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Enterprise Account Director to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of 5-15 enterprise-level accounts by building strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to effectively position our services and solutions.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with the pre-sales and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategic roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives aligned with their long-term goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments to ensure client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions.
  • Effectively communicate account status, progress, and revenue forecasts to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in account management, preferably within the IT services or consulting industry, although this isn't essential.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level accounts and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex client requirements and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
