Restructuring andadvisory

We are seeking commercially minded advisory professionals thatare ready to lead, adapt, and innovate in a dynamic andever-evolving business landscape to join our Perth restructuringteam.

You'll help us provide companies tailored solutions tocomplex financial challenges to restructure and stabilisebusinesses or to recover value on behalf of stakeholders.You'll work across a variety of industries with a team thatcomprises unique backgrounds to bring diversity of thought.

You will be essential to the implementation of our moststrategic work and will be part of a range of engagements fromstrategic restructurings through to trade on insolvencies. Restructuring partners will rely on you to work proactivelyas part of a team to deliver projects and navigate a diverse rangeof engagements.

In a role where no two days are never the same, your keyresponsibilities will include:

• working closely with our clients to develop and deliverrestructuring and insolvency strategies
• overseeing an engagement team, managing multipleworkstreams
• interrogating financial information, evaluate options andprepare recommendations for our clients
• helping clients analyse and understand the performance andposition of their business
• taking a "
  Hands on approach"
  to implementsolutions that are as varied as our clients' challenges.This may include selling distressed assets, reorganisingcapital structures or trading on businesses
• identifying and undertaking research on target companiesand preparing pitch documents
• participating in business development initiatives andmarketing activities
• working collaboratively with the team as they delivercreative and innovative solutions for their clients
• contributing to your learning and development, and that ofour team through coaching and mentoring
• staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, andemerging practices, and adapt strategies accordingly.

About you

You are professionally qualified (Chartered Accountant orCertified Practicing Accountant) experienced in restructuring,audit, M&
A or transaction services.

This means you have:

• excellent analytical skills supported by an advancedknowledge of Microsoft Excel
• experience building and reviewing financial models
• strong written and verbal communication skills that enableyou to interact at all levels of our client organisations andwithin our team
• structured problem-solving skills, including a logical,disciplined approach to deconstructing problems into their coreissues
• organisation and project management skills
• hands-on experience working in a fast-paced, highlyadaptive environment
• commercial awareness with strong business acumen andnegotiation skills
• a bias towards action and driving rapid outcomes
• curiosity, empathy, integrity, and strong interpersonalqualities.
